Therapeutic Riding Program - Equine Therapy
Our gentle and calm horses give people with all kinds of disabilities the opportunity to experience a new kind of therapy. The multidimensional movement of the horses helps a rider’s balance, muscle tone, and flexibility, along with countless other benefits, including independence.
Riders participate in many different kinds of activities to help them achieve goals set before they start riding, and they continue to set new goals as they progress.
All classes are taught by a North American Riding for the Handicapped Association (NARHA) certified instructor.
- Group Lessons (2 or more): $50 per hour
- Private Lesson: $50 per half-hour
- Pre-Purchase 4, one-hour classes for $160 (20% discount)

Riding Instruction at Big View Ranch
Our gentle horses are perfect for learning how to ride. Whether you’re a beginner, or an experienced rider, we have a horse to meet your needs. We also offer basic horsemanship classes to learn to care for horses. - Private lesson: $50 per half-hour
- Group lesson (2 or more): $50 per hour
